INSPIRE offers physiotherapy and rehabilitation, electrotherapy treatments and dietician consultations. The services listed on our website are a general guide. Appointments & cancellations
- Appointments can be booked through our website, by phone or in person. A booking is confirmed only when our team confirms it with you.
- Please arrive a few minutes early for your first visit so we can complete your registration and assessment.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please tell us as early as possible so we can offer the slot to another patient.
- If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your session so that other patients are not kept waiting.
- We may reschedule an appointment if a practitioner is unavailable, and we will let you know as soon as we can.
Fees & payments
Fees for consultations, sessions and packages are shared with you before treatment begins and may be revised from time to time. Payment is due at the time of service unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
If you buy a package of sessions, it is valid for the period we tell you when you purchase it. Refunds, where available, are decided case by case and are explained to you at the time of purchase. We will give you a receipt for every payment.
Your responsibilities

- Tell us promptly if your condition changes or if you feel unwell during or after a session.
- Follow the exercise, diet and home-care advice we give you.
